Think what you want about that site but the fact is they levelled the field filled in holes it is now ripe for development. There is an old saying if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and sounds like a duck..It is probably a duck.

Farmers can fill wetlands. I believe the site is classified as farmland so that is why there were no wetland issues. Also if you strip away all the topsoil it is not so easy to grrow hay and besides I haven't seen much coming out of there lately.

The economy has probably urt the chances of the site being sold soon but I predict something goes in there before the hay starts growing. If I owned the land I would tell you I was storing top soil too. I guess we wil just have to wait and see.
