When they originally promised to take every major purchase to referendum, were you for or against the referendums?

Who, in your opinion, was responsible for the lack of referendums?

This is another reason why I was against the OSPC idea initially (aside from the fiscal and jurisdictional issues). Even good programs tend to fail or come up short due to implementation and accountability issues. These things are best left to the private sector.
