You are right Dave. This was a terribly negotiated deal done by the space cadets. It is out rageous to buy development rights for 730 thousand in todays market. The land is not worth that much out right. Thank you space cadets! At least Earl and Bill took a strong stand on it from a fiscal stand point. I credit them for that. One can only hope now that the referendum will be done at the same time as the budget to avoid the extra cost. I will vote against this on principle alone, not to mention that ridiculous argument that the school kids are going to go on hikes from the Antolini School all the way to the Goula property. Will this be a field trip or just another waste of teaching time?
