Subject: And that's EXACTLY how you end up on one of those "IS MONEY OWED TO YOU? FREE LOOKUP TO SEE!!" scams where you pay like $9.95 to find out that some utility company owes you a few pennies or dollars. Sorry for the bold btw, I'm just having a hard time reading with this backround. Anyone else?
