I wish you could get corned beef more often cause I love it. I find it funny how everyone is Irish on St. Pattys day. When you do the heritage break down I dont come from that many thing. My moms parents were both imigrants coming from Poland (her dad) and Ireland (her mom) so they were both 100% polish or irish. My dads side His dad was french and his mom was welsh/ mohawk indian. so very few different roots for me, in a world that is now so diverse. Liz has embraced her Irish roots. she had shamrocks tatooed on each hip bone a few years ago. In reply to:

My grandparents on my mom side both came from Ireland, and my dad, dad was from Poland (stange) mom always made corned beef and cabbage. I never have, but I do have Irish lace in my kithchen windows. Mom always said her mom reminded her no matter how little you had you always had clean Irish lace in the windows so neighbors thought you were well enough off.LOL -- dalez, 05:01:53 03/18/09 Wed(adsl-69-236-82-119.dsl.pltn13.pacbell.net/69.236.82.119)
