We are not accepting anymore applications, many of our prizes are custom made and we have to order several months in advance. Our deadline to enter state forestry is April 5th.

We cannot change stars for the opening number, although we have some that have not given me the name of their star. If I don't receive this soon, you will not get to be in the opening number.

We are not ordering anymore magnetic signs, these are custom made and have to be ordered several months in advance. There is no way he can get these done by next Thursday. All magnetic signs that were ordered have been delivered to the contestants.

Thanks,
Mrs. Dianne

Formal ball tickets are due by June 1st! The Formal Ball is for all Teen and Miss contestants, their guests, and Local Directors as well as our judges will be joining us.

If you owe money for any reason, this is due by June 1st, this includes insufficient checks and insufficient check fees! Your Local Director should have emailed you the itinerary for your pageant by now and at the bottom of the itinerary, it listed everything that you have paid for and if you owed money, it listed the amount that you owe.

No exceptions!

Some of the Teen and Miss contestants have not chosen their star, you must choose your star by June 1st. Your star must be turned into me or you will not get to be in the opening number. You must turn in your star to make sure that you don't have the same star as another contestant. We have been very careful to make sure everyone has a different star, so if you don't turn in your star and you come up with the same star as another contestant on the night of the pageant, you will not get to participate in the opening number because it would not be fair to the contestant who had the star reserved first. You may go to http://missgaforestry.com/id103.html to check and see if your star is listed.
No exceptions!

Mrs. Dianne

I want to congratulate my baby, Shiree. Shiree graduates Saturday morning from TCHS as a Superior Honor Graduate. She was recently inducted into the 1100 club for her high SAT score and she was also recently inducted into the National Society of High School Scholars. Shiree will be attending ABAC in the fall where she recently was awarded the George Conger Scholarship from ABAC and as been accepted into the Honor's Program at ABAC.

While in school, she has been a member of Beta Club, French Club, Y-Club, and the Academic Quiz Bowl Team. Shiree has also been nominated as the Y-Club Treasurer her freshman year, the Academic Quiz Bowl team 3 Captain her junior and senior years, and as her church's youth group President her senior year. She is a member of the National French Honors Society as well as the National Society of High School Scholars. While in high school, Shiree has maintained a 4.0 GPA while taking many rigorous A.P. courses. She is also actively involved in church, numerous charity organizations, and many community activities.

Many of our Forestry friends have watched this child grow up, she was only 6 months old when I directed my first Forestry Pageant. Many of you have played with and babysat her backstage while she was in her playpen to seeing her grow into a beautiful and smart young lady.

Shiree, as you already know, I am very proud of you, not only for your accomplishments, but for who you are as a person. Continue to be true to yourself and remember through prayer and the love of God, you can do anything and become anything that your heart desires.

I love you more than you will ever know!

Mama
