Subject: Morning Ladies. boring day today, I've been dong a bit of work at home, trying to catch up still. Weather's gone a but dull and its ideal for staying in and chilling (on my own)

I restrained from calling or texting P all week, apart from trying to get this Paramount Product gig for him and the band.

he called me today, wonders will never cease:0) I was cool and didn't ask him to come round. Had a good chat though. He seems to be a bit calm, staying in and watching DVD's and working 6 days a week instead of sleeping for 5 and drinking for 8:0)

I've lost a kilo this week so yay, the boring salad shit is working.
