[> I was thinking about your dilemma, and I was trying to come up with other hotels in the austin area. How about the Doubletree, or the crown plaza. Granted, I haven't a clue how expensive they are. I will look and check around here more today -- AJ, 14:11:07 07/08/04 Thu

Rodeway Inn -University/Downtwn

La Quinta Inn Austin Oltorf

Wellesley Inn & Stes Town Lake
This one has a really good deal going on and looks nice. I was thinking maybe staying the last 3 nights at the Radisson, as this one has no availability on the last night

Best Value Inn, Austin South

[> [> [> The Rodeway is a definite no. Blech. Same with the Best Value Inn. The Wellesley Inn is. . . well, it's pretty much the same distance as the Holiday Inn you were looking at, just on the other side of the highway. The Radisson is really nice--great location, but also really expensive. If you're willing to spend that much, try the new Hilton on 4th street--it's actually a little cheaper than the Radisson. Also, the Crowne Plaza--it's even cheaper. -- Dhvana, 08:52:43 07/09/04 Fri
