Subject: Well, caught up in the sense that I'll no longer have to borrow from myself in order to pay my bills. Yay! And then I can start working on my true debt, which means I have to keep my obsessions under control or any money saved will vanish.

Gee, nice to know you don't actually have to be there for Pete to have a good time.

Which, I realize, is typical for all men, but it is the weekend. The least he could do is come over and be there in person so you get to have some fun, too.

***HUGS*** Thank you for the offer, darlin', but I'm fine. :) I just don't prepare for emergencies the way I should (like new tires or spontaneous trips to Albuquerque). But now I know what this place is paying me since my first full paycheck came today, I'll know what I can and can't do. Which isn't a whole lot more than what I used to be able to do. A $5,000 raise doesn't really account to much once taxes are figured in. I'm not even getting a full hundred more than I used to get with each check. Damn taxes. I feel cheated, but then, taxes are supposed to make you feel cheated.
