That might be the case but keep in mind that Karla was with Joe at the height of his career and everything that goes along with it so I can understand him not wanting any kids that early if he was capable but right before Hysteria broke out was when Joe got not one, but two cases of the mumps and he might not have know for sure at the time that medically, if you do have two major cases like he had so close together it will leave your sterile. I remember years ago that he said that he didn't know if he could but rest assure that he does knows for sure he's just not going to publically make a huge announcement about it either way. Whether he can't or he won't...the fact still remains the same that it's not the reason he and Kristine got married...
