The New York Times has a published list for the top-selling books, but there's also an unpublished list for the books that didn't chart high enough to make the published list. The unpublished list is provided to people in the book industry so they can see which books are "bubbling under" the main chart list. "Rebel Heart" was on the UNPUBLISHED New York Times bestseller list. The published list is the one that really matters because that's the list that the public sees.
