I don't know where you get your info from, but I have met Dirk's girlfriend, and she was very nice, but not that pretty. They have not been together for 5 years, cause I remember Dirk being single back in '99 and 2000, or at least not with her. And she definately is not any kind of manager for them...Adam is their tour manager.
