(LADY EXPOSER) Hey I didn't know this board was so active! But I AGREE 100%!!! We can have the samce anointing as Christ! Peter walked on water, he and John both were on the mountain talking to Elijah and Moses (Matthew 17, Luke 9). And Jesus blessed the disciples with the same miracle working power He has when he sent them to witness the Gospel (Matthew 10) and said in His name we can perform miracles (Mark 16). People who says we can't be as anointed as Christ are trying to set the church up be fooled by the Anti-Christ's false powers!
They'll think he's Christ. (2nd Thessalonians 2)

Go to a drug store and buy an ointment. Then get somebody to put the ointment on our body.

..... In the ancient times the kings were anointed. Even Cyrus was, as I seem to remember. Unless Jesus was a king he was NOT anointed.

How can the Son of God NOT be anointed? -John 3:16- Hebrews 3:1-19. Only a Christ hating Muslim, Jew -Judaism- , or other pagan posted this!

All males are sons of God, and all females are daughters of God. Note that Jesus is reported as having said (Matt 5:9) that all peacemakers are sons of God, and see also John 1:12-13. It says nothing about children of God being anointed.

Boy you are very stupid! We can't be the sons and daughters of God if it had not been for Jesus. (Colossians chpt 1) It took His crucifixion and resurrection to make us God's children! (Galatians 3:14-29)

If we cannot or do not have access by faith to the same anointing Jesus has what do we do with the scripture in I John that says "he that says he abides in Him ought Himself also to walk even as He walked." If our only calling in the earth is to walk merely as forgiven natural men(sinners saved by grace)we will still fall short of the Glory of God. But if we "walk by faith and not by sight" i.e. walking in HIS presence at all times then what Jesus said in John 14th chapter becomes operative for us. "He that believes on me the works that I do shall he do also...because I go unto the Father." It is Spiritually impossible to do the Works of Jesus without His anointing. "NOW we are the Body of Christ and members in particular"
