Sounds like a hell of an idea to me.
The United States is the only country that will allow visas and green cards to individuals that do not speak the native language. The US is also the only country which allows visa applicants to reside within the country while their application is in process. This process can take up to ten years. That means that for ten years an applicant can reside within our country, even though the end result may be the denial of his/her application.
I think it's time the US quit trying to nurse maid the non-citizen population with the funds provided by good tax paying Americans.
I say send the son's a bitches home.
And in response to the original heading message, I don't think that these are problems that we have created. It sounds to me like we're trying to provide a solution. I believe that the country of citizenship should be accounted for creating the issue.
You do the crime, you pay the time... in your own friggin' country.
