Only the Funny Papers and cartoons. And probably has to have them explained to him.

Well my cartoons say you must be USDA Licensed PLUS have a valid Texas Non Game Dealers permit before you can sell flying squirrels in Texas. I did not say you did not have these licenses I simply asked if you did. You might want to read the post again. I assume you do not since you took offence to the post. Get legal or get out. I have already sent your post to USDA and Texas Parks & Wildlife. Lets see if they can get a straight answer out of you about licenses.........

I took offense at the rude and cowardly way you posted. It is obvious, since you did not use a valid email address, that you are just "Interested" in causing trouble, and do not care about contributing anything helpful to this board in specific, or flyers in general. Please note that I still have not answered your question, nor do I intend to. If you want to be involved in a discussion about my flyers, then join the NFSA and/or use a valid email address. Also, I am not concerned with who you have sent my post to - threats just don't really impress me all that much.
Have a nice day :-)

When the petstore I worked for got our USDA License we were told we only needed it if we are selling a pretty large number of animals that are covered, if you are only a hobby breeder selling an occasional litter you do not need to be licensed. But I would be happy to call them when I get to work tomorrow morning to be sure....Kelly

Hey there Interested/Disinterested:

All I have to say is...why don't you worry about tracking down the real culprits...like crappy petstores or glider/flyer mills in the State of Texas instead of harrassing a loving pet owner who happens to have a litter of baby flyers on occasion. With all of the larger scale issues in the State of Texas, quite honestly the USDA and the Texas Department of Wildlife are not going to worry about a LOVING, CARING, AFFECTIONATE PET OWNER!

There are several places that I can give you names of if you care to email me. Then perhaps your efforts would be more "heroic".

Good point, Katie. If I had to guess, I would say that "interested/disinterested" IS, in fact, a flyer/glider "mill" and that is why he/she is too much of a coward to use a real name or email address.

These losers need to be ignored...although, I'll be darned if I've been able to practice what I preach. My big mouth is usually right smack in the middle of it!! Oh, well...
