The children and teenagers should not make Ouija Board because they have not the same discernment as the adults, and are easy to be deceived. Because they are more innocent, they may attract vicious spirits who will want to fool them. Specially for the teenagers who are not very courteous, the spirits may play a game to scare them stiff.
The adults have less this problem; they will try to check the spirit identity. The only rule, for any kind of mediumnistic séance (automatic writing, ouija board, trance, ...), is to have no alcohol before the séance, because it may attract spirits who were previously alcoholic addicted people. They will not be particularly nasty, but the quality of the discussions will not be as interesting as with spirits who have no psychological problems, and who are educated. All the famous mediums of the world, have began their career of mediums with the Ouija board.
The spirits who are coming with the Ouija board are the same as the ones coming through a trance medium. We are practicing Ouija board since few years now, and we have always the most interesting discussions with them.
When a medium has developed the trance, then the guides ask the medium to stop the Ouija board because it is not funny for them, it is a too long process, and the energy required is different, more physical; with altered state of consciousness, the energy involved is more psychic : the brain of the medium (the Alpha, Beta et Gamm waves) is energized, and this is easier to perform for the spirits.
