We have an excellant book shop on Oldham Street in Manchester, Neon Books. It's a 'New Age' type shop and run by two lovely young people, very helpful, their on line, they will order anything you like, nothing is too much trouble. Having been in a couple of weeks ago they currently have in stock 2 or 3 Ouija Boards 2 hand made based on old fashioned design they were about £50 the other was about £30 off memory. Got my bits from the charity shops, old Scrabble Board and kiddie Maths Set, everything towards making my own board for £2.50 - not bad eh! Not too much if on a tight budget.
