【大公網訊】一套可用來鑒別筆跡的計算機系統日前在中國研制成功。該系統不僅大大減輕了文件檢驗人員的勞動，而且使鑒別結果更趨客觀。

據新華社北京１７日電，這套由清華大學與公安部第二研究所合作研制的“計算機筆跡鑒別系統”，首次實現了利用計算機進行自動化的筆跡鑒別，可以準確、高效地判斷不同的筆跡是否是為同一個人所書寫，并可自動切分需要識別的筆跡，生成特征比對表和鑒定書。

據介紹，日常人們所書寫的文字筆跡，均具有個人化的書寫習慣。筆跡鑒別是通過對檢材和樣本兩部分筆跡之間的比較，確定其是否為同一人書寫。筆跡鑒別往往是認定違法犯罪嫌疑人的直接依據、或可作為定案的重要証據。

傳統筆跡鑒別主要靠文檢人員手工選擇、剪切文件得到特征字，將相同特征字逐個拼排起來形成特征比對表，然後依靠文檢人員的經驗進行判斷。傳統人工筆跡鑒別不僅任務繁重，而且很難避免主觀人為因素影響。新研制出的計算機鑒別系統很好地解決了這一難題。
