E-mail message from a reader:

My paternal grandparents may have
moved to Oklahoma, but they were
from Old Southern stock. My late
father's youngest sister was named
"Billie Lou".

I'm glad I was directed to your site
(two other fans were arguing over the
real name of Rogue of the X-Men comics:
"Anna Marie," which one said didn't
sound Southern and another disagreed).

One of Dad's older sisters was named
Lahoma.

I've never met another "Lahoma," but
when I used Google, I found out there
was a Lahoma, Oklahoma. (Military brat
here; sorry -- we were never stationed
near Oklahoma and I was there to visit
Granny only twice.)
