Subject: For foreign (and local US ) travellers, since 9/11 the Transportation & Safety Administration has added a lot of new rules...go inside>>>

Some simple rules, and then you need to read the rest of the information on their website...

Chocolate & cheese, if packed in your luggage that you check & don't carry on, will set off the detectors on the scanners that they use now for ALL bags. Don't do it!

The scanners will RUIN film, so put all film, whether used or unused, in your CARRY ON bags!

Don't pack the bag too tightly. DON'T USE A LOCK!! They are opening bags & your lock will be cut & broken, and your clothes may be messed up.

Your carry on bag cannot have any metal nail files, aerosol cans (hair spray, etc), nail clippers with even a teeny tiny little file on it)

Read ALL the information on their site, use the "News Brief" page for an update from 5/21, and check back before you come. It will change, I'm sure, if they find other things that cause delays.

Bon Voyage! We REALLY do LOVE you to travel the USA, just don't mess with our baggage screening systems!
