YES IT IS GARTH COOPERMAN.I KNOW HE MARRIED ELAINE,HAD A BABY, LAST I SAW TIME I SAW THEM WAS AROUND 1994-95. ELAINE MET GARTH THROUGH LORRETTA, AND HER SISTER DONNA. JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW THEY ARE DOING?
