I had the same thing but all I did was to lay the bike on its side and gently apply presseue with my foot. That was a long time ago and it is now all ok. Remove the rear wheel and the pedal cranks. Lay the bike onto the pedal axle (bottom bracket) and get someone to hold the front down with body weight. Gently apply pressure around where the rear wheel nuts go until it looks OK. You will then have to do the other side too. This is done with the bike in the same position. Be very gentle with it. Put plenty of cloths under it so as not to scratch your paint.
