hi just got my mk 1 mud guards back from having them stripped for chroming and there badly pitted to the point the rechromer said there not worth sorting (ouch) any ideas would be welcome the main corrosion is on the lip at the back (it mite even end up filler and matt black )unless theres a way to repair them or good repro ones dont really fancy ebay as there probley going to be as bad as mine cheers
