Subject: Anyone here a fanof the old movie serials?

You know, the chapters they used to show at the Sat. afternoon matinee. Some of the more famous serials were Flash Gordon, Commando Cody, Zorro, Captain Marvel, Spy Smasher, Dick Tracy, and dozens and dozens of others. Me and my fellow kid buds would always wonder how the hero or one of his pals would get out of whatever diabolical trap the thugs had set for them. Sometimes there was an obvious cheat in the cliffhanger, and you could hear a chorus of "boos" and "cheat" go up.
