Subject: Farewell to TOM THE CABDRIVER

Is Heaven a one-way street? I don't know, but I am sad to hear today (on THE FRONT PORCH), that TOM THE CABDRIVER, has left this life. He will be remembered!

I remember going to the first "Faces Behind the Voices" party, and all of the local hosts were there, and several political figures. Champ introduced some of the more familiar "voices", and when he brought Tom the Cabdriver up to the mike, these women in back of me started yelling and shrieking like Tom Cruise had walked into the room. "It's Him! It's Tom! It's Tom the CABDRIVER!" So funny, and so sweet, those women were absolutely thrilled to finally see Tom in person.
