That story on Gormley borders on criminal. His law license was absolutley not suspended. He is on a list of about 1000 attorneys who are "administrativly ineligible" because they neglected to pay a standard dues. It is a common oversight and the Senator will be automatically removed from the list after making the midest payment. That story is an absolute fraud.

Interesting. I read the story on Hurley's website and he claims that Senator GORMLEY does not have any legal (buisness or clients or practice). THEN-he cites GORMLEY'S "suspension" on a (common) technicality (some red-tape to do with administating escrow accounts),that could only (from the way I understood the rule when I looked it up on GOOGLE)-happen to someone who DOES engage in the practice of law.
It should be mentioned,for those who have not been around very long,that Harry's twin brother Don ran an unsuccessful race against Gormely some years ago

Gormley's law license has been suspended - so, it cannot be libelous - and yet you find some sick way of turning this on Harry and Don Hurley.
Talkonline, you have been more objective lately, but this is bad.
Gormley's law license has been suspended by the NJ State Supreme Court, yet you trivalize here. Sad.

Bill Clinton would be so proud of Bill Gormley. From one Bill to another liberal Bill.
Gormley says his license is not suspended - rather, he is administratively ineligible.
