CLICK HERE for audio...........ok. here is the recording of today's tourisim & gaming meeting. Forward to about 49 minutes into the meeting for some interesting (off-topic) chat in regards to SLOT MACHINES AT RACE TRACKS. OTBS were approved two years ago, and money (15-20 million) was put in a fund to establish OTB betting parlors around the state. (something like)-"I can only hope that the footdragging (as far as why the OTBS have not been opened yet)....is not in some way directly tied to ......SLOT MACHINES AT RACE TRACKS!!!!!!!"....it goes further with some comments about how NEW JERSEY is being "surrounded" by states, and CANADA??? with SLOT MACHINES.....all of this is on the recording before McDeVITT even makes his sceduled appearance.
