Scott, I saw a sign on the doors at THE SURF SHACK in VENTNOR. (they didn't have an extra copy) I forget what beach everyone is meeting??? The event begins @ 12:30pm NEW YEAR'S Day and in the water apx. 1pm. I will update when I find out what beach.

I'll call City Hall tomorrow and get the full details ok?
