Interesting. I guess it's ok that Tim Mancuso gets a job from the Atlantic City Board of Education. Despite the fact that he is not a certified teacher. Despite the fact that 50 or more people applied for the position, many who are certfied teachers. Isn't Mancuso the guy who said the AC Board of Ed has created uncessary positions? Guess his is not one of those. Also, who would leave their fulltime job, to keep a part time Council seat? Guess Mancuso, that's who! Where are all the outraged people of Langford or Marsh or Hurley or Foley or Flipping or the other Hurley got a job like this?

I heard Hurley & his twin chatting on the air about how (they?), have been going after Mancuso, and some other nasty stuff. The thing that gets me is that Hurley pretty much, is forcing Mancuso out of his job with his (Harry's) Hatch-Act complaint to the State Attourney General, and now they are going on and on about a job as "permanent sub. teacher"......they are really operating some kind of personal vendetta here, is it because Mancuso, (acting in his official capacity), had questions about the over a half-a-million $$$$ lawsuit out-of-court settlement that Don Hurley was awarded from Atlantic City (for hurting his wrist while trying to reach a high shelf and being asked to do some other physical tests after taking sick-leave/pay in order to return to work???)? .......................(sorry about the punctuation, this is supposed to be a run-on sentence)........SO,what kills me is that I have actually heard FOES of Hurley-(people that Hurley has bad-mouthed even), say out loud (you know who you are!)....THAT,despite ALL of the nasty, evil things that Mr.H says on the air and on his website,THAT "He has a right to make a living".

AND now to see that the Hurleys are both going after Mancuso's every attempt to get a paycheck???? CRAPPY in my opinion.

You can not be serious.

These political criminals have been going after good people's jobs for decades.

Stick to the facts. Mancuso is not a teacher. There are many more quaified candidates than him.

You can bash Hurley Morning all you want. But,this is a dirty political deal. Isn't Mancuso under federal investigtion? You just can't trust that Mancuso.

He's not getting that job now. Why doesn't he quit the part time politica job too?

Is that "federal investigation" an investigation that was called for by the Hurlmiester?

And the reason you know that is because he publicly and in an up front manner told everyone that he filed a Federal complaint against Mancuso. However, isn't the real point the fact that Hurley was right? Mancuso was wrong? Afterall, he's leaving his State of NJ position.

NO that is NOT "the reason that I know" that!...I did hear (on WKXW 1450) or see at hh's website that hh had, (from what I can remember),filed some kind of (what I thought that I heard) STATE complaint.

Now hh is going on and on, and I heard it again today or saw it on hh.com website, that MANCUSO is UNDER A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION, AND HH did NOT mention either one of the times that I have either heard or seen this statement (in the past two days) THAT Hurley HIMSELF! IS the cause of a FEDERAL INVESTIGATION. OK? THAT is why I asked.

I think that I HEARD it and (something like)"How can someone be hired as a teacher if they are under federal investigation?" (and NOT mention that hh is the one who filed a FEDERAL investigation)

This whole term "Federal Investigation"-what the heck is THAT all about???? It sounds real official! but really is it BS!.???

In my opinion, just some really cheap shots, and if it is true that MANCUSO left his full-time paid job due to HATCH ACT rules that exclude elected officials from certain government employment, and if this is a COMMON practice, with little enforcement unless SOMEONE files a complaint, and IF Hurley's official complaint was responsible for MANCUSO having to find another job,AND then, when MANCUSO is offered another job,AND hh & twin go on & on about how the guy shouldn't have THAT job...THAT-in my opinion,IS ROTTEN-'specially because of the personal vendeta such as the one that I have heard (mentioned in original question) .

Why would I ask a question by the way,if I already knew the answer? But-thanks for your response anyhow.

Mary, you and your agenda - you are willing to defend anything. Mancuso has left his State job, so obviously he lost the Federal complaint. Hurley has always maintained publicly that he filed the complaint. And, now the most amazing part, you have now found Hurley guilty for filing a legitimate complaint against Mancuso. Are you crazy? And when Mancuso went viciously after Hurley, Langford and Marsh, I guess he was right. Hurley's phony charges were dismissed by State Attorney General. Mancuso's Federal charges have been sustained. I repeat, r u crazy?
