Subject: Knee cap dislocation

I am a 15 year old living in a rural area with a constant sliding knee cap problem at school on Friday i had my knee cap dislocate and do a 180 i severed a tendon due to it but nothing major other than the fact that i have a bad knee with little cartlidge my doctor does not know what do do with it? I have tried P.T for a year previously and have had many subluxations of the knee cap does anyone have any suggestions
