Congratulations Alana

Congratulations to Alana Dillette for her recent accomplishment in making the NCAA A cut in the 100 back and a solid B cut in the 100 free! This is some awesome swimming and there is still alot more left in you.
Keep it up!

Bahamas what about that female relay team?.....they need the support and encouragement to go for it at Pan Ams.....CAC was a long shot with no one tapered and shaved.....imagine what they can do if someone can identify what each one individually and as a team should be doing in terms of training and competiton between now and Pan Ams.......and get all these girls ready to swim FAST at Pan Ams.......

Alana, Nikia, Arianna, Teisha, Alicia, Ariel, McKayla and Jenna......you go girls!
