Friendly, you are right. the time is wrong. If you check his National time, you would see that he swam 58.30. the time difference is too much. As it relates to him being allowed to swim in Carifta, this would not be possible, since there is a minimum age of eleven (11). Oh by the way, it is possible for a seven year old to swim that time. Do not limit the abilities of some by the inabilities of others. We see amazing things everyday.
