I totally agree with you Jason, nothing is impossible via hard work in the pool. If you check the same meet where this particular athlete competed, you could see there is a girl 15 and over on top of his time that has exactly the same time 38.41. My point is why was never question?
Second what kind of parents will allow their child to take something home they know deeply in their heart it was not obtain the right way. And third, are these the kind of people we have in council affecting the decision and policy making process at BSF level of whom should be in a team, which coach goes where, etc, etc.
As an organization we have to be mature and just be fair and act in accord with BSF rules and regulations all the time.
