|Subject: I can't find it in a syllabus at the moment, but I believe a dancer in prelim may dance the TS at the NEO as long as they have not placed by the date of registration. That means that a prelim dancer could get first place after the date of registration for the O, and still dance TS and be within the rules. It's written in there somewhere, I'm faily confident - but double check!|
Can anyone else find it?
