I would imagine if things are trending way up in CT in Dec - they may cancel it altogether - but still hoping there is a chance.

Schools in this region are able to stay open with minimal disruption so far- so why not an O, properly planned?

The recent feiseanna show it can be done when numbers are kept low- so consider it as a small feis for 4 days in a row. ;)
