Subject: Groceries are a necessity. I can WFH with my job. Feising is quite definitely not a necessity. It's slightly alarming that you don't know that.

In reply to: GFY 's message, "Are you a hypocrite or risk-averse doomsday prepper who is not going to work or school? Your risk is higher going to Price Chopper than it is going to a 200 person capped feis." on 17:17:37 11/14/20 Sat

Grocery shopping is a necessity. Working is a necessity. Feising is a frivolous and risky choice during a worsening pandemic.

I haven’t grocery shopped in months (there is nothing that cannot be delivered) and I work from home. If I never set foot in a store (Price Chopper or alt) and you never set foot in a feis location then why do you care that I was at a feis? Our paths will never cross and I can live with that.

[> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> Subject: I don't know why you can't understand that grocery shopping falls under category of essential activities whereas feising is both frivolous and completely unnecessary. You are the kind of person responsible for the spread of Covid. I am fortunate in that I will probably never cross paths with you during Covid, but think of all the people who you could put at risk with your selfishness.

[> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> Subject: Let me try and break it down for you in smaller words. While you are going out shopping for “essentials” we are at home using delivery services. That is where you have chosen to assume risk and I have not. When we attend a feis with protocols we are tested within hours of returning home. Are you getting tested every time you come home from Price Chopper?! I don’t think so. ;) We have a better read on our status and gauge of our “risk” at any given time than you do.
