Probably not. McGough however did say they would as an added precaution. If you choose to go to the Tampa feis you are aware of that. People who chose to go to the McGough Feis were not aware that dancers from those states would be there because they were told they would not be. So it is different.

I think it’s because McGough posted on Feisweb that entries would only be accepted from states without a travel advisory in place. MA was not originally on that list but was added a week or so before the Feis was moved. MA as well as many other states are on the PA advisory which says to travelers please don’t come. I don’t think it’s as much about travel being a recommendation or requirement or who’s quarantining. as it is about feis registration. Tampa had no such restrictions on registration.
