I think there’s a very good chance that worlds will go ahead in 2021. We are so close to a vaccine. I think in the US at least, the vaccine will be available for the general public in the spring and probably earlier in the rest of the world. So my family is definitely planning on Worlds in July.

That's the real question, I think. July very easily could be a go- but they have to make the decision in late February and announce early March. 2022 is likely to be the next Worlds.

Not sure how quickly the vaccines will roll out in each country to reach everyone as our healthy dancers will not be first priority as most are not in an at risk category. So then by summer we are hopeful that everyone has the vaccine but perhaps not and the decision is to be made March 1 and unlikely to know at that point how long the roll out will take. It’s a big financial risk for CLRG to commit to go forward. The government would also have to agree to allow them to hold such a large event so even with modifications with how Worlds takes place it could just be a no.
