The email was very detailed and heartfelt, and they didn't even owe that. Think about the Kennys for 2 seconds instead. They are human beings who suffered a huge financial loss from Covid. How many businesses have gone under? A lot! They had a solution, instead they got backlash. Probably backlash from the "strong willed" parents who always have demands and feel they are owed. Rumors are rumors. Please, be kind.
