Hi Michelle,
I hope your treatment is still going smoothly. I think I spent the first couple of months on the couch and really didn't feel like doing much of anything. Tired is an understatement!
But it seems I'm starting to feel better some days and feel more motivated. I guess my body is getting used to the meds...? I was undetected at 24 weeks and doing shot number 36 tomorrow night. I'm counting the days till October 25th.

As far as my hair goes, I was getting thin on top to start with and I think the combo has most definitely made it thinner, drier and more brittle. I was considering cutting it ALL off right as I finish treatment and let a fresh, clean, un-medicated batch grow back... Really haven't decided if I want to do that or not. That's kinda extreme, but... :-)
I'll just have to decide when the day gets closer. How long do you have to do treatment for? I didn't have any MAJOR side effects, just about every single little annoying one. Nothing I haven't been able to deal with. I hope it remains the same for you. My platelets have been a concern for the doctor and he has considered lowering my Interferon dose, but I think I can eek it out. I want to go to the beach this weekend and walk in the surf... :-)
I hope today finds you in good spirits.
Nice talking to you. Drop a note back when you have a chance.
