I did think the teen pageant was a hot mess! I thought it was going to be between Victoria and another girl who wasn't even in top 5 but very pretty blonde in top 10, but what a mess the pageant was late, everybody looked lost, the sound system sounded like they turned on the radio and said go. It was very disapointing especially being a part of the Miss Universe orginazation. The new Miss Wisconsin is amazingly beautiful, but the Teen division what a mess!
