You really feel the Teen will win miss teen usa lol! She should not even be representing Wisconsin, I hear there is a mix up anyways and now I can see why she has the title because of a mess up in paperwork! Sorry for Victoria she would've done well nationally, but as usual Wisconsin does not pick the right girl!
The miss Wisconsin is a god sent! I am surprised the judges had her win though I didn't think they were going to let her becuase she is amazingly beautiful and talented!! Victoria and her would've made a great couple!!
