Subject: intek5050 how to fit sma socket

Hi people a friend of mine has just picked up an adaptor (for the intek 5050) simply take radio apart , de solder the spring antenna.
Remove the rubber antenna they are not glued in, and replace with the adaptor and solder the 2 wires to the radio.
Takes about 10 mins or so and a fine tip iron will help.
Remember this is not a bodge but an original intek part made for the radio.
The radio will now have a nice sma socket to attach whateve antenna you like to it.
(for recieving only of course)
