Ok, sorry about the delay. Wonderful BT duly did NOT come out to "hard Wire" said router/whatever in, they sent the chap out the "low power" version of the thing. Now I do not hear the BEEDLY BEDLY BEEDLLLEEEYYYY BEEDLY of his data stream everywhere, all I get on channel 6 on the UK legals is a rising and falling carrier wave that is great at sucking in sideband!!! Oh, and channel 15 on the mid shift has the same rising and falling carrier wave.

So, something was done but............It seems that BT does NOT recognise CB radio as anything worth while bothering about. All their kit is screened for the ham bands only.
