I used to go to the Gay Theater, for 50 cents you got to see two movies, usually one Elvis Movie and one Horror Movie. The Usher/owner was an Old Guy who used to sit in front of the doors and If you made too much noise, he would kick you out on your butt! His wife would work the concession stand, but if you bought any popcorn you had to hold it in your hand or the mice would eat it if you left it on the floor! I used to go there every Satarday. It was my escape from the poverty that we lived in, and I loved it.
