Got your message today when I checked the site. Was pleased to hear from someone who remembered Big Sam's at the corner of Parliament and Winchester Street. Of course Little Sam's was on the other side of the street next door to the Winchester Hotel and the Chinese Laundry Service. Did you go to Winchester Public School? What years? I lived at 57 Winchester Street for a time as it was my fraternal grandfathers house from where he ran his trucking company. I had some old photographs out recently from the primary grades at Winchester Public School. Would like to hear back from you. Thanks for responding
