This past Sunday night my family went to the Grand Theatre to see the Hope for African Childern Choir! The choir is made up of 23 orpan children from Uganda Africa. They rang in ages of 5 to 12 years of age. My family had the honor of hosting in our home three of these children and one of the adult chaperones that travel with them. Two of the girls were 12 and one of them was seven. These children were amazed at the trophies and the crowns that Katlyn and Aliceson had won from pageants. They had to try everyone of them on. They were beautiful children inside and out. They have wonderful hearts that truly shine on the inside as well as the outside, they are not selfish in any way and they deeply appreciate anything you do for them. The love of God also shows through them. I can honestly tell you that my life has been deeply blessed by these children in the short time that we had with them. They will be in our hearts forever. The reason I am telling all of you about them is simple. The adult that came with them was also amazed at the trophies that the girls had one and she asked me that if and when the girls every tired of them would I mind sending them to her in Africa. She said that she could give them to the children at the school as awards and that they would be overjoyed. So, what I am asking of you is that if you or your children every tire of their trophies would you please contact me. I will then in turn mail them to her for the school.
