No campground, no water, no public toilets etc. There is also no public transport, no restaurants etc. The obvious place to camp would be the park on the southern part of the island but that is a State Park which specifically prohibits camping. Much of the island is conservation land which is generally wooded and overgrown with briar so not optimal for camping. Sure someone could bring light camping equipment over on the ferry and use a bike for transport but it would hardly be a relaxing experience.
