She momentarily dragged her lips away from the warmth of their kiss and exhaled deeply. Michael’s eyes roved over Nikita’s flushed face as she looked at him with a confused gaze. Her eyes were dark with desire and she tried to focus them on his face but she got no further than his mouth. Parting her lips in a covert temptation that would test a saint, Nikita moistened them with her tongue. The sight of the involuntary actions of the siren in his arms sorely tested Michael’s self control. He knew if they didn’t stop he would ravish her then and there. His nerves were in a battle of wills against his wants and desires as opposed to the practicality of remaining downstairs.

He repeated the command.

But she didn’t stop.
