Subject: Sorry, I'm so late posting

Thank you all for your kind thoughts regarding Karyl's Golden, Ferris. He was PTS over the weekend.

On Sat. a.m., my husband was on an 8' ladder on the concrete patio drilling into the brick wall when the ladder's (a supposedly well-known and sturdy fiberglass one) one hinge (where you close and open them) bent and went sideways throwing my husband off the ladder onto the concrete. He was taken to the trauma center and he was very lucky. He has a broken arm and two broken ribs and is black and blue (purple) and swollen from the waist to the thighs. Oh, I forgot to mention "he's no spring chicken".

Thank heavens he is a good and patient patient because I'm not a very good nurse. He came home from the hospital yesterday, so now I think I'll have time to post.

I am so very sincerely sorry for those who have lost their furkids.
